Warband: A scrap at the ford, Undead vs High Elves

Dave the Necromancer looked at the ford and beyond the river line. A light mist floated up from the banks. "So, we, the undead, are defending a water source?" "Looks like it, Dave." Bob the Necromancer answered, "All six of us who are alive do need that water." The mist curled round their feet as the two sullen necromancers looked on at the approaching High Elves, it was definitely getting thicker in patches, and forming shapes. "High Elves, quite a lot of them too." "Ve will crush zem," the mist condensed into the form of a tall, pale vampire lord. "GAH!" "SSHHHHIIII..." "WIll you STOP doing that boss!" Bob the Necromancer shook his head. Mort popped over for a game today (I had the day orft), he really enjoyed our last game and wanted another. This time he chose High Elves. The next army down the shelf was my Undead, so that was an easy choice made. My list: D6+1 Vampire Lord D...

Warband units. 10mm Pendraken

Prendraken armoured bears (or as the Great Phillip Pullman callls them panserbjørne!). Great sculpts by Phil at Pendraken Nasty unit, hard as nail, erm... has anyone got the stats? Top view, winter is coming! With dice frame in place. Meteorite armor And I also painted a unit of pegasii from Pendraken. My little pony inspired of course! Rainbow dash is of course airborne first! Rainbow tails and cutie marks... Not powerful  nWarband, but man they look anoying!   Maybe a bit close due to turbuance!   Not a Pendraken dragon (sorry), but still a useful large dragon in 15mm, which in 10mm make it perfect! Needed a green... And a quick size comparrison in 10mm     The Eagles are coming! Unicorns or My Little Ponies! Bonus points if you can name them all! A crash of rhinos.  Been a while, but here are two new stands for Warband. 'Red Squadron, check in..." Dwarf gyrocopters, had to really! ( Can I hear the Airwolf theme? ) Red - too...

Warband - Search for the Treasure - A three player remote game.

Wednesday and a new game in a new lockdown... Warband by Pendraken and Stephen Hardy . An experiment on my part to see whether it would work remotely.    Over the Xmas break the guys had chosen their armies from my figures, and I was running teh game remotely.. Ralph was Taurean with a +1 Lord, a +1 Shamen, three minotaurs, a centaur archer with skirmish and parting shot and knights with powerful, fierce, hero and any other upgrade going. Clive was Dragonmen, with an Earl at +2, a -1 mage, two foot knights, 2 archers-at-arms, two billmen, and a DRAGON! Mark was Dwarves, +2 warlord, +1 mage, 5 warriors (3 with resolute, all with formed), archers (handgunners) and artillery. Again, I have left some of the banter from the WhatsApp group in for flavour!   Ralph: Hopefully my magic doesn't go off at all. It's not passed its sell by date. Will: It is a bit moldy   The table, I tried to keep the terrain as symetrical for this one as possible. My dining room table fitted t...
