More figures off the lead pile, Five bases of mounted natives From above Clippity clop Back view Off they go   Two more units of foot and two extra bases. These have less figures as they can act as scouts in the foot version (or I didn't have enough figures for all the bases - you pick!). Top down Wound markers (in ReG you need two per unit, as my army might need 21 units, thats an awful LOT of possible wounds).   Oh well, here's the next batch of five units done then... Four more bow armed cavalry units. Hellenistic Spartan commision - 15mm Hellenistic Greek or Macedonian successors

 Following on from seeing the successful Spartan commission , Roger, whom I did the Cathars for , asked me to do a Helleistic Spartan force in 15mm Xyston (that will also double as Ptolemaic and Asiatic or other Alexandrian successor state), and spears from Museum Miniatures Range 'Z'. Pike unit 1 (the guard) and three units of spear armed hoplites plus generals to finish of this commission. The no 1 pikes Simple, but heavy Perfect ranks, unlike 8 & 9!
