15mm Cathars for Roger

Caedite eos. Novit enim Dominus qui sunt eius. Hopefully not, I spent ages on these! Roger contacted me and asked me to paint southern French MeG army.He then dropped that they would be the Albigensian Crusade (otherwise known as the Cather Crusade), and then I started to research, this is a lot of fun!  For those of us who love a conspiracy theory, you might remember this screamer!

Roger has sent me some shots of the army fully based up.
They look gorgeous!

Knights, sergents and generals Back rank Foix with Catalonia, Front rank Beziers, Toulouse and Comminges

The foot contingents

The full force, 10 TuGs and 1 SuG, there are also two units of peasants that are amazing that Roger painted previously.

Batch 5, the knights and generals are all done, which finishes the army.

Enjoy, as I've enjoyed painting them.

The whole batch, the deserter at the top I managed to break the ankles of the horse at the last second, so spent today repairing, pinning and modelling new ankles.

A rubbish post! 28mm terrain

Okay, I'm hooked!

Oi! Who parked that there!

More terrain, and it looks like I'm building a rather trashed retail park, as my latest purchase is a Drive Through, that looks like it's been driven through!!

How many extra bits do you get, loads!

It even comes with a burnt out air conditioner unit.

You can get right through it.

Love the boarded up windows.

It even comes with two rather dilapidated drums (probably cooking oil, but who knows).

And I forgot this, a burned out rubbish bin!

I also bought the play park set as there is nothing more depressing than a set deserted swings down the Rec.

Unless it's swings inhabited by disaffected zombie yoofs!
Decided to add a few more bits from TTCombats street furniture range, all 28mm. Really nice builders pre-fab office and three shipping containers. Dead easy to assemble and very effective painted.
They will be used next Thursday. :)

Mucky, abandoned, hopefully, and maybe conatining useful items, a builders office.

Cruel Seas

Couple of free S Boats, thanks to my old Friend Rob Thompson (all the way from Poland, no less), thanks mate, really enjoyed doing these!

After my friend John pointed out I had my guns wrong on my MkI Vospers, I bought the Warlord Games British weapons pack add-on. Well worth it. I also bought myself a tanker while visiting Boards and Swords, just because you need a target!

Upgraded Vospers

Under escourt by a Vospers

Decided my 10 Vospers needed some serious fire support, so I bought a set of Fairmile D Dog Boats
Really nice kit, had a lot of fun putting these together and painting them.

Nick Overland (of Sabresquadron fame) kindly donated his pair of Vospers to me too. Is 10 too much? I think not!

ID numbers on the sternsr as last time, it was getting hard to spot which boat was which!
